Dear aspirant,
There is no fee concession in GATE exam as you will get a stipen upon clearing the gate exam this stipen is desiged in such a way that is covers you tution fees at a nit or iit course and still leave you with a couple thousands. Yes you may get a seat in cse depending on which institute you wish to take admission into.
