I got 2687AIR nd 90 (sc) rank.I got nit raipur in all 3 rounds . If I surrender the seat?is there any chance of top nit in spot round ?

I won't suggest you to do so because in that case there will be very less chances of getting nits but if you don't focus on branch then go for Csab.
