For unreserved category the cut off for government Medical Colleges is 500 and above(400 and above for reserved Categories) to be on safe side.
At 280 marks in Neet you can't get admission in any government Medical College.
But you can go for admission in private medical colleges through your Neet score or by managenent quota.
