Well there are 1371 colleges under AP EAMCET. According to your rank of 3073, you will get a seat in any of the colleges. However with this rank you may not get the top notch colleges under AP EAMCET. Now , speaking about JNTUK you will not get CSE or ECE in this college with your rank.
