I got 32 percentile from sc category and my air rank is 700000 which college can I get..!

sorry to say at this score it would be quite difficult to get any tier 1 colleges as per your category rank let along in nits, iiits or government colleges. cutoff score changes every year and depends on certain facts like number of candidates, questions difficulty level, seat matrix etc.
