Hello There ,
according to your rank and category you can get some lower nit's or your home state nit as the cutoff is low and also you can get a seat in csab . Apart from nit , you can apply for iiit and various gfti , which offer admission through josaa and you can apply for state counselling for applying to the state government colleges .

As you have secured 12138 rank in JEE mains from SC category then it is impossible for you to get a seat in NIT or IIIT or gfti in josaa all rounds counselling.
But If you belong home state of certain nits like nits sikkim, nit arunachal pradesh or nit calicut, etc then you can easily get these.
But you cannot get any nits from other state quota with this much sc category rank in jee mains.
Because for getting seat from SC category in these colleges you must have to secure at least under 5000 SC rank. And your rank is much higher than 5000 then there is no chance that you can get a seat.
But if you try in CSAB counseling, then there is chance that you can get some of the good NIT like you can get NIT Warangal, NIT Trichy or NIT Allahabad too.
But still as this year the cutoff ranks are increased for sc candidates in josaa round 1 counselling, then you must attend all josaa rounds hoping to get any seat in any nits.
