As you have mentioned that you have secured 330 marks in neet 2021 and taking into consideration that you belong to some category still it's difficult to get through all india counselling so I would recommend you to go with state quota .

Although the cut offs depends on certain factors like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
