Hello Neha,
Based on previous year cut-off, to attain a BDS seat in a government dental college, a candidate is required to score a minimum of 450 marks in NEET. A minimum of 50th percentile under general category for those who seek admissions in private dental colleges is a requirement. As you belong to reserved category therefore the SC/ST/OBC cut-off score was 146-113 .
Under 15% all india quota, you need to score more than 480 marks in neet to get BDS seat. As you have got 436 marks so you might have a chance for getting the seat in government college.

It's difficult to make exact predictions as cut-offs vary every year based on various factors such as seat matrix/total number of candidates appearing for the exam/top NEET score/reservation/toughness level of the paper etc,
However, if we go through last year AIQ Cut-offs for SC Category then you may have chances for BDS in ESIC Dental College, Gulabarga as last year 328 marks secured seat here belong to SC Category, for rest of the government dental colleges the cut-offs are on higher side, you can check out the same at https://www.google.com/amp/s/medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cut-off-for-government-colleges/amp
