With 353 marks in NEET 2020 it is difficult to get mbbs seat under AIQ even with SC Category. As cut off is high this year. Cut off depends upon number of candidates appeared and qualified in exam, difficulty level of exam, previous year's cut off etc. Cut off neet 2019 for SC Category in Andhra Pradesh is given below for few colleges
