Sir.I have got 353 marks in neet 2019..will i get a seat in mbbs in sc quota?

Hello Lahari,
Based on this score the chances are less to get a seat in Government colleges under All India Quota seats & state quota seats, You can get a seat in private colleges for MBBS programme. Since it is very late to answer your query, I hope you have checked the seat allotment of All India Counselling & State counselling.
