Based on the your preferences getting cs,it or ece in mit jaipur is hard, but, you have good chances in manipal sikkim. Here are some links that help you get a clear idea.

To get admission in the CS branch you would require a rank around 41,708 in MIT Sikkim and 10867 in MIT Jaipur.
For the IT branch you would require a rank around 32,120 in Sikkim and 17,195 in Jaipur.
The cut off for ECE branch was 39,356 in Sikkim and 24,335
This is according to the cut off for the respective branches and campuses in 2017 in the general category.
You seem to have a fair chance in all the branches in the MIT Sikkim Campus.
