Congratulations Kunal! 3617 is very good rank in JEE Advanced. There are total 10000 seat in Indian Institute of Technology (IIT). With your rank in JEE Advanced 2019 you can definitely get a seat in IIT. And as you mentioned that you got 6555 rank in sc category you will definitely get a seat in NIT.

you have a chances of getting in to the IITs but sure in the top one

there is no chance in getting in to the top IITs as the competition is very high
