Based on previous year cut-off, to attain a BDS seat in a government dental college, a candidate is required to score a minimum of 450 marks in NEET. A minimum of 50th percentile under general category for those who seek admissions in private dental colleges is a requirement. As you belong to reserved category therefore the SC/ST/OBC cut-off score was 146-113 .

Under 15% all india quota, you need to score more than 480 marks in neet to get BDS seat. As you have got 363 marks so you might not have a chance for getting the seat in government college but you can get seat in private college.

It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get  seat or not as  cut off marks/rank for medical colleges keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

But when we go through previous data then it suggests that with 363 marks you may not get a seat in any government medical college anywhere in India

For example,
In neet 2019 , 414 marks for sc category under bihar state quota was the lowest marks to get in a govt medical college and it was for Government Medical College, Bettiah

With your marks you cannot get  in Government Medical College of other states too as cut off marks for other states under all India quota is even higher than state quota

With your marks you have chances for private medical college and deemed universities
