Since you have completed your boards from different states, you can apply under state quota of karnataka only if you hold a domicile certificate of Karnataka. Otherwise you have to apply under AIQ.
Now, coming to your possibilities of colleges, getting a government college with 368 marks under ST category is very difficult. The cutoff for ST category for govt mbbs colleges are atleast 400. You can try however for private colleges like Adichunchungiri Medical College, SDM Medical College, KVM Medical College, Al-Ameen Medical College.

Compared to 2019, the NEET 2020 cut offs have changed considerably higher than expected.
