i got 370 marks in NEET 2020 belong to sc category...my all india category rank is 18805....tamilnadu is there any chance for government colleges

This year cutoff is expected to increase. But for reference, last years cutoff is considered. So based on last years cutoff, you do not have chances of getting a government medical seat through all India quota. Since your profile says Karnataka and you want a seat in Tamil Nadu so, your rank is quite higher to get a seat through AIQ.
