Cutoffs will vary with the number of seats available , number of applicants ,the difficulty level of the paper etc. It also depends on your category . Moreover this year there is a chance the cutoffs may increase due to high competition. Since you have not mentioned any , I assume you belong to general category. Your overall rank would be 175715 - 207865. With your score it is difficult to get government medical colleges because you need minimum 500+ for general category and 400+ for reserved category to stand a chance but you may try for management seats. You will get BDS too but mostly private colleges. However, you can attend the counselling and see your luck.
