I got 399 marks with Maharashtra domesile and unfortunately open catagary .My rank is1.65 lac .can i get admission in bds in government college if not than suggest me best colleges with high rank

For the score of 399 and rank of 1.65 lakh, you can go for various private BDS dental medical colleges in Maharashtra. For the last year, there were many private Dental Medical colleges with the closing cutoff marks less than that you have got i.e 399 While the Government Medical Colleges had the cutoff marks greater than 450 for the same course.
But you can try for the counselling process of the Government BDS Colleges, because the cutoff rank may increase and decrease based on the Difficulty level and the No. of students appearing in the NEET.
