i got 399 with Maharashtra domesile and i belong to open catagary .so suggest what to do

Hello dear student,
as your chances are to get admission in any government medical colleges are less their students but still you can check if you want admission you can get it under management quota seats.
But if you are not planning to get admission into dental or medical colleges. Then there are many other options for you
Like you can get admission in physiotherapy on the basis of your Neet marks to the colleges who are accepting students on the basis of Neet marks.
While you can do BSc or BTech also. Pharmacy is also a good option.
