Hi aspirant!

MHT CET (MH CET) or Maharashtra Common Entrance Test is conducted by the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Mumbai for admissions to first-year Engineering and Technology programmes (BE/BTech) and Pharmacy programmes (BPharma/PharmaD) in the state. According to your percentile, 40 percentile means having a rank of almost 59000.

Dear Student,

After checking with the rank you might check with the cut off rank with the appropriate college or the college of your choice. If not, visit this link to check which college you might get placed into with your obtained rank or marks ;

Hope it helps
