Hello aspirant,
If we consider the previous year data, you have good chances of getting admission in some of the government colleges in Andhra Pradesh through state quota. Previous year minimum marks admitted for an st candidate in au region was 360 for Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Ongole.while in svu region it was 369 for ACSR Government Medical College, Nellore.
The cutoff changes almost every year,so not much can be predicted .cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.

With Marks you scored in NEET your chances of getting a good government medical college in Andhra Pradesh for MBBS are a less but still there are some. I suggest you to go for counselling and have a look may be possible you get a seat.
