According to the level of the paper of this year the cutoff is going to be very high as the Competetion is rising heavily so nothing cannot be said this moment .
I can understand that this year despite of scoring such a high score you get such a rank but this shows that how much the competetion is rising and also the cutoff is going to rise so much high .

As per your mentioned marks in neet you have less chances lf getting seats in mbbs government colleges. As you haven't mentioned you category and you home state so I'm not able to predict any colleges for you. On the basis of AIQ you have low chances of getting seats in government mbbs colleges whereas through state quota if you are from unreserved category then also you have less chances, you may get some of the dental but not sure about that. As the cutoffs of colleges keeps on changing every year on the basis of few factors. So I would recommend you to go through the cutoffs of medical colleges using the link mentioned below:-
