I got 4076 in stream 1 and 7930 in stream 2 in sastra university .Is there any possiblity of getting admission in btech courses?

With this rank, you have a little chance of getting into the SASTRA college as it closes at the rank of 1200-1300.
Do not lose hope as you can for the other colleges which are available to you through other entrance exams.
