I got 41480 rank in ews certificate can I get in any of nits or iiits

We cannot be very sure about you seat in ews category or even in general category also.
41480 is not enough rank to get into the top NITs but still you can try to get into underdog NITs which can offer you a seat in desired branch for the rank you mentioned.
