Although 418 is bit less as for a government MBBS college. This year it may even fall less for a government BDS college as scores have really gone high. You didn't mention your category so I am answering as for General candidate. But still even for obc it may fall short. But don't lose heart and wait for the counseling to begin to check if any college's ranking range matches with yours.

First of all Congratulations on scoring 418 marks in NEET.
Yes, you may be able to get admission in MBBS or BDS as your marks are not that bad. But it will et easy if you belong to any reserved category.
I would suggest you check for government colleges in your state as you can get a seat in reserved quota too.
