I got 42000 rank in apeamcet, can I get seat in civil engineering in GMRIT .I'm belonging to Bc-D.

I am sorry to tell, but you will not get any seat for Civil Engineering at GMRIT as its cut off ranks are a bit high, and your rank does not clear the cut off for this college.
