Hello,

As per  last years cutoff, there are very less chances of getting MBBS seat in any college through both AIQ and State Quota. Howvever you have chances of getting BDS. I will list some of the colleges for you.

  1. Buddha Institute of Dental Science & Hospital, Patna
  2. Sarjug Dental College & Hospital, Laheriasarai

You can use the college predictor tool to know about all possible colleges you might get with this score.

  • Madhubani Medical College, Madhubani
  • Buddha Institute of Dental Science & Hospital, Patna
  • Mithila Minority Dental College & Hospital

Well, you have very low chances to get into any GMCs , but there are variou sfactors which might affect the cutoffs of GMCs such as diificulty level of exam, no. of candidates appeared etc. so trend changes every year. For more information, visit here:

Hi

It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get  seat or not as  cut off marks/rank for medical colleges keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

But when we go through previous data then it suggests that with 423 marks   you hold a  low chance to get a seat in a Government Medical College

For example,
In Neet 2019, the lowest marks that got a seat in Government Medical College for general category under Bihar state quota was 577 marks and it was for Government Medical College, Bettiah

But yes,
With your marks you have  chances for govt quota seats   in  one private medical college under state quota

*Madhubani Medical College, Madhubani

Above prediction is on the basis of past year data but  cutoff keeps changing depending upon many factors as mentioned earlier, so to have a better picture of the college in which you have chances and
to get the complete list of colleges in which you have chances, you can go through our college predictor at

https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer

It gives you a personalized report with top college in which you have chances for admission , with the help of predicted colleges you can make better choice while filling your choices of colleges during your counselling

Thankyou
