Hey Aayushi,

With 429 marks and general category, it is very difficult for you to get a government medical college. As you might know the top marks for NEET this year are very high, which shows that the cutoff for this year is also very high.

And the General category candidates are need to score enough high marks to get a government medical college.

So I would suggest you to try once again for NEET 2020 and score good rank to get a government college for medical or you can switch to other medical courses.
