I got 432 Rank in cpget 2019.catagery SC. Will I get seat in jntu or ou women's college for msc biotechnology

The minimum marks you need is 70 and maximum below 1000 for surely getting a seat.
As you even mentioned your caste.Sc has more chances of getting as a seat.
