As you have mentioned that your neet score is 433 marks and you fall under OBC category. Let me tell you that the cutoff for obc candidates is almost same as that of general category. Well, your NEET marks are not that bad that you won't get a seat for BHMS. If you hold your state domicile then you may easily get a government seat for BHMS with 85% State Quota seats. But if you try for All India Quota seats then it would be very difficult to get a government seat for BHMS with 433 marks. So, applying under state quota would easily fetch a government seat for BHMS.
The cuttoff for this year is really very high for all medical courses , so for another option you can try in private or Deemed medical colleges.
