Dear Aspirant! If we look over previous year's cutoff for BHMS in telangana then 380 marks secured a seat for BHMS under 85% state quota. Having said that the cutoff changes every year depending on many factors like number of seats available, number of candidates appearing for the examination, difficulty level of the question paper. So, this year also tge cutoff has increased by 15-25 marks according to which you must have scored at least 400 marks to get a seat in government medical colleges for BHMS under state. So it seems you secured fairly good score to fetch you a seat.

As you have mentioned that your neet score is 433 marks. Well, your NEET marks are not that bad that you won't get a seat for BHMS.  If you hold your state domicile then you may easily get a government seat for BHMS with 85% State Quota seats. But if you try for All India Quota seats then it would be very difficult to get a government seat for BHMS with 433 marks. So, applying under state quota would easily fetch a government seat for BHMS.

Last year government college cutoff BHMS in telangana was around 408 marks. The cuttoff for this year is really very high for all medical courses since the number of candidates had increased and also the paper level was called easy comparatively, so for another option you can try in private or Deemed colleges.
