As you have mentioned that you have secured 44k rank in ap EAMCET and taking into consideration that you belong to general category so let me tell you that you can hope for cse seat in gitam university but it depends on certain factors like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
