As per 2018 cut off Madras Medical College had cut off rank and marks as 21373 and 500 respectively for SC in MBBS through AIQ.
Through state quota for the same it was 1718 and 380.
This year the marks are going to be increased by at least marks .
With your score of 460 you can try for dental.

The madras medical college is around 13000 rank for general category and 750 for SC ST candidates so in my opinion you should act immediately as yhe seats are limited. Wish you luck

According to the previous year cut off, you have a fair chance to secure a medical seat in Madras medical College if your domicile state is Tamil Nadu since the state Quota cut off was way low than what you scored for sc category. Please do keep in mind that each year cut off fluctuates and this year too that might happen like always.
