As you have not mentioned your category that's why it would be little tough to predict you anything but here i am assuming your general category so with general category you have little chances to get government colleges but if you belong from any other category then you have chances .   But still as you know cut off changes every year due to various factors so i will suggest you to wait for the result and till then you can use our college tool predictor to know your chances of admission in various colleges according to your expected marks.
