Hi,
You have scored good this year and if you are a resident of Karnataka then you can get a government mbbs or bds seat this year too. Then you don't need to drop for it.
As last year the opening marks for mbbs seat in open state were 368 for general category.
So you should go for state quota counselling. If after that you don't get any seat then you can drop but firstly go for the counselling.
For any other information you can ask us.
If I consider the previous year data .Then you have good chances of getting admission in some of the government medical colleges in karnataka through state quota . If I talk about previous year data then minimum marks admitted for a general candidate under state quota was 368 for ESI Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Bangalore. And Kodagu Institute of Medical Sciences, Madikeri. So inspite of having no reservation you do hold a chance. But remember that The cutoff changes almost every year,so not much can be predicted . cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.
Just hope for the best
And talking about coaching ,if things don't work that way then you can definitely opt out for it.
Browse the link given below for detailed information about more such colleges which you might land up in. http://www.medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-karnataka/amp
Good luck
