Considering your score in entrance exam is 49 and that your boards exam score is 95.8% you seem to have a good chances for admission in UILS, Chandigarh. Your combined merit score would be around 72.
There are 120 seats each for BALLB and BCOM LLB in the Chandigarh campus, 60 each in regional centres. So for the Chandigarh campus if your rank in the BA LLB merit list after combination of both scores is uner 150-180 you'll have a fair chance in the first counselling itself.
And with your rank and marks in boards your chances seem good. Chances in regional centres are even more. This year the entrance score has been lower hence chances seem good. Wait for the final ranks after combined scores to be out for a better estimate.
