Congratulations on your rank

It would be nice if you mention the branch and NO you cannot do PHD with PGECET score.

You may get seat for Mtech in

Andhra University

JNTU (Universities ) SVU and other Universities as well

Keep checking official website for Counselling procedure which is yet to begin .
