As per your rank of 5097 in AP EAMCET under BC-E category, you may get a seat in JNTU Karimnagar for CSE . Since , 2019 cutoff for AP EAMCET hasn't been declared by the authorities yet, I cannot say for sure that you will definately get CSE in JNTU Karimnagar .
