I got 51 marks in Gate CS 2019(General), is there any chance I can get IIT Hyderabad or IIIT Delhi? Any good new IIT's that I can apply for?

according to previous year cut off, for getting admission in IITs your marks is around to 65+.
or your GATE score is near about to 700.
