Dear SriLekha, you havent mentioned your Category. Neverthless in 2018 under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categories have been as follows:
General Category: 474
BC: 414
SC: 393
ST: 406
This is 2018 data. This year the cut offs have gone way higher and ranks have dominated marks this season. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. With 517 marks you have a chance if you belong to BC/SC/ST Categories. You might get a Privaye Medical College if you belong to General Category. The 1st round of Counselling has already been over for Telangana. If you want to participate, you have to give it a try in Round 2.

Hi,
You have stayed there for ten years in Telangana if you will get prepared a domicile certificate of Telangana then you can participate in the counselling of karnataka.
Firstly get sure from the state authority that they will give you domicile certificate or not then participate.
