At your marks you would have been easily grab a govt seat through AIQ in another state as this year cut off ranks for SC candidate in round 2 of AIQ was AIR 81121. Also there are very pretty chance in mopup round of DU and IPU if there is vaccant seat available after round2 counselling. As cut off ranks for sc candidate were
DU - AIR 58250 (sc candidate)
IPU - AIR 52218 ( sc candidate)
After round two of AIQ 7 seats are reverted back to State quota so if there is vaccant seat in your category then you will easily grab seat in DU Colleges. Also you can get BDS in any of du or ipu College.
