I got 5520 rank in comedk 2019 can i get cse in good colleges in first round?

According to the previous year's cutoff for the colleges accepting COMEDK,you can definitely get CSE with this rank.As you know, The colleges rely on COMEDK UGET scores for making admission decision but they declare their own minimum required cut off that a candidate needs to score in order to get selected in that college.
