Congratulations on your brilliant performance. Considering the marks that you have scored and that you are a SC category aspirant, you will be able to get Microelectronics - VLSI in all the IITs as well as IISC Bangalore. You should also try for various PSUs as with the score you have, you have a very good chance of getting at least an intrview opportunity if not direct recruitment.
