Since you are expecting 570 marks so you have good chances for govt. Mbbs colleges and yes you can apply for aiq counselling and try admission in any state if you are capable you can get admission. If you belong to general category then with this rank you might not get all the college across the country for mbbs but you may get many good college as your marks are quite decent.

You did not mention your Category. But All India Cut offs are generally higher. But 570 is a good score. You can get Deemed Universities, Government Medical Colleges are difficult if you belong to General Category. On the other hand, if you belong to SC/ST, you can get a seat in a Government Medical College.
