Hii aspirant usually 500 marks are considered sufficient for admission in government colleges through NEET

And you are far ahead from that so firstly congratulations for getting into a good medical college

In 2018 cut offs for various categories were

Gen - 588, SC - 541 for Gandhi medical college Secundarabad

Gen - 581, SC - 450 in Osmania medical college

So you are very close to getting into one of them

Firstly, congrats on your score! And secondly, on previous years trends, you have a good chance of scoring a seat in Gandhi Medical College, Hyderabad. But this just doesn't depend on your score, it also depends on the scores of other students applying and number of seats left when you have your counselling.
