Yes you can apply for both counselling as the dates are not same for both. But there shold be some care taken by you when you want to go for the both counselling round such that if you will be allotted the seat through all india quota then you have to take the admission there otherwise your security money will be forefeited or not refunded once you confirm your seat. Then you cannot go for the state quota counselling if you have confirmed the seat or you have allotted the seat through all india quota. So plan carefully befor applying for the respective counselling process.
