i got 61% marks in mba upsee general category ..will i get IET college or not...or may be chance to got it?

No chance, it is the best in AKTU aka UPTU. With 61% marks in MBA, getting IET is very tough, out of reach. You have good score, try to focus on getting colleges like Galgotias, GL Bajaj, AKGIM, IMS, NIET, RKGIT, KIET etc.
