I got 62.86 percentile and 107 marks in PUCET Ug and 82% in 12th Board is there is any chance to get admission in Panjab University.

That's a good score that you've achieved. According to the cut off, the cut off is 18 out of 120 (that is 15%) for the general category to pass the entrance exam for getting admission in the Panjab University. And about the 12th percentage, the minimum eligibility is to clear 10+2, that is, percentage should be above the passing criteria. I think you will definitely make through the exam with flying colours.
