i got 63 rank tspgecet 2019 in ece stream and i belong to SC category. can i get seat in jntu or ou? suggest me the best, thanks in advance.

Congratualations for getting good rank in TSPGECET, definitely you will get seat in OU or JNTU, caste category is not a big issue for your ECE stream. The best university between OU and JNTU i prefer from from my friends suggection is JNTU is good for studies and overall development.
