I got 71 percentile in jee main 2020 , can i get walchand college for any trade. I am from open category. please help!

Based on your percentile in JEE Mains, your rank would be more than 230000 in JEE Mains common rank list. Also as you are from general category.
To get admission into walchand college of Engineering, Sangli , your percentile in JEE Mains must be more than 90 percentile for general category for any branch.
Since you percentile is less than the minimum, you won't be able to get a seat in Walchand college of Engineering.
Please go for some top private engineering colleges in India which conduct their own entrance exams which are very easy as compared to JEE Mains. Some of them are

As you have secured 71 percentile in JEE mains 2020 from your general category then it is impossible for you to get walchand college of engineering.
As per the last year cutoff closing ranks for round 3 counselling the highest cutoff closing rank was for civil engineering from open category and it was - 4920. And you rank is far from this cutoff rank.
So in any case there is no chance that you can get Walchand College of engineering.
