I hope you would be knowing that in COMEDK all the participating institutes release their own cut offs.

As per as your marks your rank would be somewhere between 9k-12k .

In such rank you can will get CSE in top colleges of Bangalore such as:-

A M C Engineering College, Bangalore

Acharya Institute of Technology, Bangalore

Alliance College of Engineering & Design, Alliance University, Bangalore

Cambridge Institute of Technology, Bangalore & many more.

I would recommend you to go through last three years cutoffs of COMEDK. you will get a much better idea.
